Delete Your Account
TheKellyGShop
You can permanently delete your TheKellyGShop account and all of its data at any time.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open TheKellyGShop and sign in.
- Tap your account button at the top of the screen.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- Sign in once more when asked, to confirm it's you.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Or ask us to delete it
If you can't get into the app, email support@thekellygshop.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in
- All trips, items, "maybe" items, and notes
- All item photos
- Your sales history
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you want a copy of your records first, export your trips and sales as CSV files from the app.
If you had a subscription, deleting your account doesn't cancel billing through Google Play or Stripe by itself — cancel the subscription first, or email us and we'll help.
